What’s your favorite way to spend a rainy day?
Painting or watching movies.

My pediatrician was a role model of mine growing up.

Chicken Piccata and Tacos.
What’s a fun fact about you that your patients might not know?
I used to be a competitive dancer. I once danced in the pregame show of the Superbowl and in the Olympic Village at the summer Olympics in Atlanta.
Do you have any pets? If so, tell us about them!
I have goofy goldendoodle named Tucker. He is a gentle giant who loves to give hugs.
What’s your favorite activity to do with your own kids?
Traveling! I love seeing them discover new places.
What’s the best piece of advice you give to new parents?
Don’t stress yourself out trying to do everything “perfect”, do your best, give yourself grace and enjoy the ride.
What’s your favorite children’s movie or TV show?
Moana.
What’s your go-to comfort food when you need a pick-me-up?
Chips and LaBamba salsa.
Do you have a favorite hobby or activity you enjoy with your family?
Hiking/exploring.
If you could spend a day doing anything, what would it be and who would you spend it with?
Boating/beach time with my husband and kids.

What’s one thing you wish every parent knew about raising happy, healthy children?
Lead by example, not only words…happy adults with healthy habits create healthy happy kids.
